Return and Refund Policy

At SILVERCAT, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review our policy below:

1. Return Window: You can return products within 14 days of delivery.

Return Charges: If you wish to return an item for any reason, a return shipping fee of ₹99 will apply. Please note that this fee is applicable only for returns without a valid reason. If you received a damaged item or the wrong product, the return shipping fee will not apply.

3. Eligibility: Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. 

4. Process:

   - Provide your order number and details about the item you wish to return.

5. Refunds: Once we receive the returned item and confirm it meets our policy, We will process your refund within 3 days of receiving the returned item.

6. Exclusions: Certain items may be non-returnable, such as final sale or clearance items.
